hard to find my kid's videos and pics. need a better way to naviagte. once i log in, it should have the child's profile with all the videos and pics. that would make it easier. I'm using an android version, too. Finally found the file. downloaded for 2 minutes all while phone was on and not black screened. Then, it just stopped downloading. Now to retry. ugh

no video coverage. states no live feeds. unable to watch my kids. this app needs an overhaul. useless at this point. with all the money I invest in their dance. live video should be an option. Very disappointing.

This is the worst app ever. It's slow, you ask for a password reset and they never send it to you. I'm so over it. Now I can't enjoy my babies performances
