Lousy. App stopped notifying the user about invoices received and due. No indicator inside application, no message, no push notification, no little number next to the icon. Just invoices hidden inside a folder. They are available, don't get me wrong. I would just be interested in receiving a notification when I must take action instead of needing to check that little folder every day.

It's great BUT it keeps crashing when I try to pay bills. When it is supposed to proceed to amount to be paid after filling in name for receiver and adding account number. Crash. Repeatedly. Very often. Can't use it 😩 i like it a lot otherwise but I can't pay with it. Please fix it's a huge problem. To reply: I have had this even on my new phone where it was freshly installed and re-installing doesn't help. Or updating.

Hi Kata, I´m sorry to hear that you have issues with the app. It has come to our attention that we do have some problems in your device when paying bills by scanner. The fix is on its way and will be at the next update. I am sorry for all the inconvenience this has prod to you. With regards Marjaana from customer service.

Biggest gripe: The font size is way too big. I used to check some invoices etc on my morning commute but from now on mobile banking has to be done in a dark and private corner as the front page SHOUTS all kinds of details about me and my finances to anyone who even glances at my direction. For example the balance of an account is shown on multiple pages. The front page is customizable to an extent, but it would be better if one could totally remove unused elements from the front page. Tying mobile banking to a single device is a poor compromise between ease of use and (almost) security. It just means that while traveling a couple can't use a single phone to check bank activity and must use their own devices. Overall the UX seems to be following the principle of "big and beautiful" where "small and concise" would work a whole lot better. Please give the option to alter the fonts so that the people wanting to keep their banking affairs private might like using the app.

Thank you so much for your detailed feedback I will communicate it to the developers. Your spouse can still use your phone to log into mobilebank, you just need to log in with danske Id the next time you use the app. -Annika
