Downloaded a few weeks ago. Don't particularly like the lay out. Not so easy to see transactions at a glance. But I accept it will take time to get used to it. However the reason for the poor review is the number of times I've been unable to make transactions due to "technical error". Really, the last app was fine. Having tried all morning to transfer money to a friend have given up and will either phone the bank or drive into the branch. What a faff.

Please add these features that make Monzo's app so good - Dedicated payee section for editing and the ability to link multiple accounts to 1 payee; Notifications for receiving money into accounts; Have the app able to refresh account balances in real time rather than having to close and reopen the app to see the updated balance; Allow account names to be longer; A dark mode; And please fix an issue - when editing the name of an account the cursor moves back 1 character after typing a character

Security is severely lacking. Compared to the previous version of the app this represents a massive step back in security. While I appreciate that you can now save your 8 digit user ID as this will be handy for some I would also like the option of accessing my account by inputting this 8 digit code (followed by my 4 digit pin) each time as I have done for years without issue. This is an unnecessary change as it mean that only the 4 digit pi. Is required to access the account. Not good enough!!
