Food is consistently late. In my experience 33% of the time it's over an hour late. Last week our food was two hours late!!! Dapper has no cares at all, once they have your money they've washed their hands of whatever happens next. They have nobody manning phones for questions or complaints regarding your order. I left messages, it's five days later, nobody ever called me back.

Time they are supposed to deliver it goes from 20 mins to 52. Then down to 12 and back up to 46. Never know when I may get it. Called she was at the store that is 8 mins from my house still it says 17. 🙄 waited a hour and 15 minutes and still haven't got it Food only on time and right if u pay cash. Then they want the tip

The last 3 times I orderd through dapper delivery my order was wrong and there solution is to refund my money and not correct the mistake so now I have to wait days to get my money back on my card and have to use a different delivery service after waiting an hour for my food without so much as a sorry..
