Very disappointing experience. Daraz promised delivery in 7–14 days, but kept changing the delivery date after I placed the order without any explanation or compensation. I ordered two items from the same store, but only one was delivered, showing poor order checking. The refund process is also very slow and takes too long. Daraz should improve delivery accuracy, verify orders before shipping, and process refunds much faster. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Daraz.

I placed my order on daraz few minutes ago. The discounted price was coming high than the total amount. When I called CS, all they had to tell me that it can't be changed and the excuse was system error, meaning I have to pay the wrong amount no matter what. this is insane. and as a compensation they offered daraz voucher. its pathetic how things work in pakistan. you got to correct your system error instead of telling your customer to avail a voucher

Unable to place orders after receiving my first two. Support advised removing duplicate details if I have multiple Daraz accounts. I have two—one personal and one for my store—and both use the same delivery location and payment details, as they’re the only ones I have. It’s impossible to change them. Very frustrating, with no clear solution from support.
