Ratings and reviews

Search results are so broken in this app, like that is one of the key features an online shopping app should have "A proper search engine". But in Daraz It feels like the search results are always against my typed context and sometimes it will even say that this is the end of all the products listed but then when I kept digging myself into different stores I found the product!! I mean if it was there then why did the search results lie? Please Daraz fix this problem!

I am very dissapointed. The issue is that the items on my wish list randomly disappear and then are nowhere to be found on the entire app. I had an item on my whishlist that i really wanted to purchase, but when i was ready to do so, IT WAS GONE... i searched everywhere for it but to no avail. Why does the whishlist exist when the items u love are just gonna disappear into thin air. And just for the record, same thing has happened to my friends and family as well.

It would be highly help if you could provide destination hub contact number and delivery man contact number in the tracking line. It may more ease to us to call and verify actual arrival time from them. As well as need to be incorporated seller phone number for conversation about products. All these aspects are very useful for us if you could update. Thanks.
