This have been using draraz for a while but never found any problem with it. But after the new update there have been alot of problems. They kept saying that my address is incomplete but when I go to edit it, there is nothing wrong with it. Moreover when I try to change it, I click my city and then the area one opens but it is completely blank. There is nothing written in area. I am very disappointed in daraz. As a regular costumer I expected better!is awesome app

Keep in mind that the app's features and user experiences may have evolved since my last knowledge update in September 2021.

Scam offer!They say that on first order through app, you shall get free shipping. They showed the delivery fees, I contacted customer support, they lured me into ordering as if after ordering I will get the discount. But after ordering the fees were still there. I contacted again and they are now telling me to screen record the problem and send to the technical team. As if this is now my concern, and as if they can't see a thing on my account what's going on. Extremely disappointing experience.
