Worst experience as a Daraz seller! After 3 years, I haven’t made solid profits and don’t recommend it to newcomers. Here’s why: High taxes and commissions eat up nearly half your earnings through penalties, VAT, and more. Customer service is robotic, repeating scripted replies instead of solving issues. No option for a personalized store URL, limiting branding. And the list goes on. Daraz favors itself, not its sellers!

Selling on daraz since an year. My experience, no seller support in real just scripted replies. On a order, daraz earns more than I. Comission fee, shipping fee, handling fee, payment fee aur phir unusual penalties. Complaint handling team very slow and unprofessional. Will return to u despite providing complete videos and same in claim. Almost zero support to sellers. Their primary focus is on their earning

App is glitching, it was showing high shipping in fee on 2 of my products. I removed those products, reposted it, still shows the same issue then logged out of my account and logged back in same issue. I got notified that they fixed the bug but those 2 products are in pending for 2-4 days now and the reason why I'm writing this here is because whenever I write a feedback on daraz it either says "can't post the feedback" or "network is slow" when it's working fine this always happens every time.
