constantly has issues. having to make a new long password every few weeks is more annoying than helpful, and trying to find recipient and send message is so slow and almost never works. UPDATE now the app doesnt work for me at all. when I try to log in it immediately says "timed out" without actually trying. I've uninstalled and even had account deactivated and nothing helps. I'm on samsung 8 and until recent update ( Sept 2025) could atleast log in. and the email for assistance doesnt work.

I have biometrics enabled on this application. When I attempt to log in, the app will still ask me for my password. Once I've input my password, it still requires biometric authentication. When prompted for biometric input, I am often met with an error message that states Face ID authentication has failed. However, I obviously don't have an iPhone, and my biometrics on my device are set up for fingerprints. This app is not convenient. it's a detriment to my livelihood

One of the better work apps I have used. some minor quality of life improvements would help like: - When looking at the team schedule I wish it would save your filter options. - When a message is sent the sender's name isn't shown so people have to sign their message. also a major issue is that anyone with access to the app can see anyone's schedule. also I can't see my next paycheck even though it's Wednesday must be the lag
