TelPal gives your business a dedicated local or international phone number backed by a smart cloud phone system. No second SIM card or call forwarding required. Inbound calls ring directly in the app and through the web according to your custom rules. Tap to call back through your phone's dialer.

· Smart Routing: Direct calls by office hours, days of the week, or holiday schedules to individuals, groups, phone menus or voicemails.
· AI Voicemail: Transcribed and translated by AI within seconds, then delivered to your dashboard alongside the audio. Optionally, also get an email with the transcript.
· Phone Menus: Easily create multi-option phone menus ("Press 1 for Sales, 2 for Support, 3 for Opening Hours") that direct callers to the right person or info message instantly.
· Studio-Quality AI Voices: Type text to generate hyper-realistic voice prompts in seconds, or upload your own.
· Team Collaboration: Add team members with custom roles, ring users simultaneously or in sequence, and view a shared real-time call history.
· No Feature Paywalls: All features are included on every plan. Scale by seats and numbers, not feature unlocks.

· TelPal is an inbound business add-on and does not support emergency calling (112, 999, 911). Always use your native device dialer for emergency calls.
