Have been through multiple updates and hundreds of errors A good example would be what just happened as I am writing. I was notified of a ride and when I went into the app to accept it it was not there anymore. No notice of cancelation, nothing. I still cannot cancel rides. Error after error. Look somewhere else.
Needs a few fixes. When the app is open to the available ride screen it doesn't put it in the notification bar therefore no sound is made when a ride comes in. If you could put in the availability to assign its own ringtone instead of having it go through the notification bar that would be awesome . And maybe even a slight delay on the accept button. That way people that don't have iPhones or people on different cell towers have the same chance to accept a ride. And maybe even the ability to go back and check previous rides.
Happy... As a business owner, I do know mistakes can happens and I always believe in second chance. I like the fact that these people calls me back after my bad review and still working with my needs to make their program works better. 4 stars for great customer service. It will be 5 when I can definitely use the program.
