Ratings and reviews

I have never successfully booked a ride with this app. However, I have received a confirmation number and then wasted time only to receive a notification that the ride is canceled because no drivers are available. It wouldn't be so irritating if the app would notify you immediately, but it leaves you waiting stupidly on the side of the road, when you could be booking a car.

the app covers a limited area which is not specified on their map. I requested a ride outside of the limit and the driver stopped at the limit and dropped me off and said sorry, I can't go further. If there is a limit why can I request one in the first place?

The most useless ride app in existence at the moment!! Requested 3 different rides today, 2 of them well after the local football game was underway. No response from any drivers ever, even with one of them coming within .2 miles of our location & nobody riding in the cart. Seriously, why even bother trying to book a ride ever!
