The app interface is okay, but the service is excellent! I made a late booking through customer service before our flight. They were super helpful even as I was back and forth between texting with them and getting my kids through the airport. Our driver was on time, pleasant, and professional. The car was in excellent condition. The car seats were superb: comfortable for the kids, secure, durable feeling, and perfectly installed. 3.5 star app. 5 star service! Strongly Recommend!

The app needs a lot of work and proper testing. I was unable to review my driver, the status of the ride never updated (showed "pending" even after the ride was assigned), and the billing never matched the actual costs. The kidmoto service was good but the app lets it down and makes the cost seem too much for the quality of the system they're using.

The app itself is easy to use. Booking a ride takes just a few minutes, and I can choose the type of car seat we need (infant, toddler, or booster). Plus, I love that the app lets you book in advance—perfect for planning a smooth airport pickup or hotel drop-off.
