Ratings and reviews

This app is a complete scam! I downloaded Dashryl for a 3-day trial. The app clearly stated that only ₹2 would be deducted during the trial period, and the actual ₹499 would be charged after the trial ends. But instead, they deducted ₹499 from my account immediately, without even waiting for the 3 days to pass! This is nothing but a scam. Even more importantly: it's been over 15 hours since I emailed their support team, and I still haven't received a reply.

This app is the worst. The Dashreels app is openly fraudulent. I tried it for three days, and then a pop-up appeared in the app stating that the subscription would cost 99 rupees per month, so I clicked OK. The trial period of this app was of 3 days and then the amount was deducted from the account but within 2 days the amount was deducted from my account.I had chosen the option of Rs 99 per month but only Rs 499 was deducted from my bank account and I only got a 1 month subscription.

My personal experience was very bad. My subscription plan of Rs. 499 for this app was deducted for 3 months but when I said that it should be cancelled then in the name of helpline they just told me that it will be done now, it will be done tomorrow, they just gave me the number and there are no calls, messages etc from them.
