Switched from dialog to mobitel, app is alright but the connection is really bad...always forced to use 4g or the signal drops when switched to 3g which eats up my data...honestly thought mobitel would be better than dialog but disappointed to say both are just the same, just a waste of money and bad service these companies just want to use our money...atleast be decent enough to provide a good service that's how you earn trust and more customers. update : uninstalled the app, worst!

I recently made the switch to mobitel. And the app was working perfectly. But recently after the update. It's really glichy. When I try to activate packages it's not reading. Can't do payments through card. Please fix these issues. When I open the app it doesn't at once show my activated data packages either. After along time it shows.

The new upgrade is buggy. When I try to add a new connection, 'continue' button dissappears. Even the Day time package details are incomplete. The solution given by Mobitel to clear cache and data does not work. Contonue button is hidden below the accessible area. OTP never seems to be coming. Can we revert back to older version.
