POOR SUPPORT! Beware! Don't install on multiple devices...Error generates 'you have reached maximum number of devices...contact us...' Contacted 2 weeks ago and no response. DON'T INSTALL!
A One Trick Pony The App was great on my Droid Charge but over the course of time in service it was replaced by Verizon creating 2 entries up on Indefend's cloud. Support is as unresponsive as a corpse, verification links to my email when I create a new account are non-existent so now with my S4 all my contacts, SMS messages, etc. are stranded somewhere along the Ganges River.
Waste of time -deserves 0 stars As an IT professional I understand the need for backups. This looks okay at first: runs automatically at regular intervals and says it's done a backup. But when I had my handset replaced due to a fault, the software tells me I've exceeded the number of devices, the listed email address says the software is not "under active maintenance" (although I've had no warnings), and there is no reply from the main support email. So I can't restore anything. Avoid and choose something that works.
Terrible servive!!! I was recommending this app to everyone including companies but now that I know you can only have two devices on here and when I try to contact them to add more room I don't receive any reply back I'll make sure everyone knows that the service with this app is terrible!
WASTE OF SPACE-IT'S A CON! It won't Restore anything-complains about your email address, asks for NON-EXISTENT PASSWORD YOU NEVER SET UP! RUBBISH!
Very bad I installed the application on my old galaxy s plus mobile and when the phone had a problem, I installed it on a new LG phone and requested my data but the application showed me that I exceeded the maximum allowed phones to restore me data, WTH is this ...? I sent an email to the services team with the problem but i had no answer .. I regret that I used it to backup my data.
