Great app, some improvements to be done Great app! Easy and simple to use. I would suggest to vary exercises because often they repeat themselves which gets boring. Also, the exercise descriptions should be accessible directly through the workouts instead of always having to go back the menu to know what you have to do and it would be great to have different body part categories like arms or legs. But overall it's a cool app!
Great for home workouts This app is great for home or the gym. I love it. You don't need any equipment which is a bonus. Alot of fitness app ask you to use dumbbells, steps, kettlebells etc but not everyone has all that at home. This app uses solely your body weight. One minor point though, if the developers are reading - I don't think you thought the "hold squats" through properly. You ask us to do 45/50/60 etc but you have to hold each squat for one minute.... it'd take an hour to do all 60! Maybe reduce that number a bit?
Generally it's awesome. Very well organized and the exercises are very well explained. However, in squats: advanced level 1 you have to do Bulgarian squats which are not on the list of exercises with descriptions so you have to look them up if you don't already know what they are. Also, that whole "40 hold squats" thing, I hope it's a typo and that it realy means one squat that you're supposed hold for 40 seconds. Seems more realistic for a firts attempt at it. Other than that, great job with the app :)
Best app This is the best app i have come across till date. I installed many similar apps tried them for a day or two but they dint help me as much as this one has from Day1. So i have uninstalled every other app except for this one. It keeps a track on the number of days that you have exercised. This motivates me to exercise each day so i can tick it off. The exercises in each level are well planned and in the right amount. I suggest y'all must try this app. Especially the lazy ones like me 😛😛
The workouts are challenging but great! This just what I needed! The workouts are challenging but great! It's organized and each workout day gets me motivated to do more. I've tried different workouts and exercises, and felt they were all over the place-- they were NOT for me. 30 Day Fit has been the better option for me. I've been feeling the difference with each day: in my energy level, my body, and just overall appearance. Highly recommend this for anyone who loves a really great workout.
Love it Amazing. I can't get over how amazing this is for a free app. It's spread out between 4 categories and 2 levels of each beginners, intermediate, and advanced so if you look at it you get 6 months of each section. At first I thought the workouts were too easy on beginner but by day 8 it was kicking my butt. Was feeling it in my abs by day 3. After a week I had already lost an inch around my waist.
