I love this app, it is perfect for me. The different intensities is great, especially if you've been of the wagon for a bit. It is nice that you can do the exercises in comfort of your own home without getting worried someone's watching you. (I'm sure I'm not the only one who gets a bit self conscious sometimes). I also love the 2 types instructions, such a brilliant idea. We recommend this app!!! Love it!!!
You had me at Firm Butt Exercises... It... Is... Awesome. Love having 2 types of instructions to follow. I updated it today which I only realized there was one when I referred this app to my cousin. My progress from previous challenges have been transferred. I appreciate the timer (that was needed) and the overall look is 👍.
I've used it on and off for a while now. You have now removed the workouts I was in the middle of doing. The older version and the included workouts were both better. The 'challenges' overemphasize one particular workout type or muscle group to the detriment of providing a balanced workout that people will want to do each day. Seriously, who cares about just pushups or just plank? I guess it's just me.
I loved the app before the update having been through about 5 months on 3 categories but there was 1 or 2 little things that kept me from giving it 5 star, Now after the latest update came out everything has been fixed and the new visuals and easier ui is amazing. And its free! Hands down best fitness app that i have tried. 😊
Love it! Finnaly got me back into working out, I love the different intensities and the way they show you how to do each exercise. The reasons it's not a 5 star from me: I wish I could do more than one challenge at once and when I look at the animations it pauses my music.
This app is very good for people who just want to get started on their workouts. Only problem i have with it is it's frequent crashes and when looking the tutorial to see a particular work out. The app pauses your music even though the app does not make noise. Other then those two problems it a great little work out
