Edited: went from 2 stars to three as "alarm preview" was added in an update. I originally thought this was a great app - beautifully designed, and the sample quality is excellent! I'd like to give it five stars, but there is one big issue I have with it: the deal breaker is that when the alarm goes off, it is silent until you tap the notification bar! The first alarm I set went off the same time as another alarm, so I thought that was the problem. Nope - second alarm went off while I was Google searching, and it was silent, too! I'm keeping the app for now, and am looking forward to bugfixes!🐦
This idea is good but needs some work for Samsung Galaxy phones. There is no audible alarm unless I touch the silent notification that pops up. Given that I'd be asleep that's an issue. I'd like to see some more birds such as the Cardinal and Red-winged Blackbird, two birds in my area I love to listen to.
Overrall a great and cute app! There's some minor bug adjustments that need to be made, but nothing some more work won't fix. The only downside is that you can't turn off the alarm until you unlock your phone, but that's not a huge problem.
The idea is good. Needs to be able to actually alarm when my phone is on silent. It was asking me to click the bird I wanted to hear, but if Im asleep, how I am supposed to know that I need to wake up and click my alarm on? Needs some fixes. I have a Samsung Galaxy.
Ok I love the idea of this! And the bird sounds are terrific! However, they don't chime in and create a chorus for me. One sings, then a few minutes later the next one sings, etc. I can't imagine that's how this is supposed to work since it would take ten minutes to hear the entire alarm. Help!
Definitely needs work on Samsung Galaxy devices. I get a status bar notification for each bird that sings, it goes through one cycle of their song, then everything stops. Also, cannot edit alarm, and on/off toggle does not work. Love the idea, though!
- Sample a chorus as you create it
- Alarm notifications sound for 5 minutes
- Fixed bug that was preventing some devices from editing alarms
