I DO NOT recommend this app at all. Constant updates, app crashes with every update, constant phishing scams, inaccurate clock in clock out times. Not super secure app either for having personal information on it. If it wasnt for the fact that my job requires this app I would never have it on my phone. Website is almost always no help or crashes as well. If your a business looking for something like this loom else where or have a more reliable safer option for employees to clock in.

The app wouldn't let me log in with my saved credentials anymore.. and now won't recognize my company ID anymore after I reinstall. Also, if you happen to lock yourself out as a result of this terrible user interface, changing your password won't help because it still says you're locked out with no way to fix. Really.. what good is this app if I can't even log in?!?

Recent updates have made the app near unusable. Changes in app aren't always properly synced with phone calendar. There's been days where I've had the same shift added to my calendar 12+ times and other times where gaps in my schedule are randomly created with 1-2 weeks worth of shifts just disappearing. Ever since the update that opened a web page in order to login, I've consistently been logged out, fingerprint deleted, and password unaccepted, requiring a full reset to keep using it.
