I paid for premium. The people who run this app should use their software to update the app automatically for each customer and not cause them an inconvenience of having to go to forums, click on any links. This is poor customer service and unprofessional. Other apps never make it this difficult. They don't return/reply back to emails for help. Too date no response.

I was trying out the app and started an entry with just a title. Checked on my phone if it would show up and it did. Went back to my computer and wrote the entry; a couple paragraphs. Went back to my phone, opened the app and it said it was "synced" but the note still had only the title. Shortly after the text disappeared from the computer and returned back to the title only. Safe data sync is a must for this type of app. It's clearly not present or implemented very poorly.

It's alittle buggy in keeping things consistent while typing notes; whenever I exit and save a new template, the text just changes from where I left it. I would appreciate it if they could tweak that alittle better. Also it would be great if the app had more options in creating and duplicating templates. I see a lot of potential in this app; I'm actually interested in where it goes in the future. Hopefully it has less bugs. I might eventually get the premium version.
