This is the app our vet office uses for patient portals- It's very convenient to have all of our pets (4 dogs) records in one place that can be accessed anywhere at anytime. I've never experienced an issue & it's user friendly.

I work at a vet's office that uses this system. As of July 2025, we are really happy with it. To address some bad reviews: -Billing now shows past invoices -You can add a pet pic. -Can't find your vet? The clinic probably doesn't have it enabled properly. -Can't find your account? You have to be a client at a vet that uses it, or if you are, the vet may have made a typo on your email/phone # -Scheduling & Pymts work fine for our clients. Not sure abt that one. Overall, it's the best we've used.

Repeatedly will NOT let me scroll to pay my bill when I'm in the app. I put in all the credentials it asked for with the credit card and then it stops at the name on the card and will not go to pay now in that way for a year when are you going to fix it? so frustrating!
