I work at a vet's office that uses this system. As of July 2025, we are really happy with it. To address some bad reviews: -Billing now shows past invoices -You can add a pet pic. -Can't find your vet? The clinic probably doesn't have it enabled properly. -Can't find your account? You have to be a client at a vet that uses it, or if you are, the vet may have made a typo on your email/phone # -Scheduling & Pymts work fine for our clients. Not sure abt that one. Overall, it's the best we've used.

I couldn't even set up an account. The first prompt was to enter my phone number or email to "look up" my profile. Then after entering my info, it gives an error message saying that my information isn't linked to an account... obviously because I had no option to set it up.

Omg this app has made my life so easy, i have 3 dogs and it helps me keep track of ALL their health records from years before the app was even implemented. Health records, request appointments, messaging your vet, billing... SUPER
