Ratings and reviews

Updated review: Rented a room in NYC, about $85 for the afternoon. When I arrived at the hotel, I had to pay another $55 in resort fees. The app/website doesn't show the additional rate. when you book on the app/website, I put a deposit of about $8 (DOESN'T SAY IF IT'S REFUNDABLE OR NOT). You then get a 2nd email with additional fees, not stated before you book. If you cancel, they'll take the deposit. Not transparent at all. Going to take this up with the bank to discuss my options.

all I have to say is check the room rates from the actual hotel before accepting these rates as some kind of discount. in response to their response, same day it was 24 dollars cheaper to go through you. id rather pay the 24 and get the full night. and 1 month out, it was 10 dollars cheaper to go through the hotel. so you charge more and give less? bogus!

I used this app for over a year on occasion. While I thought it worked, it never actually reserve the rooms, I got to the hotels, said "I got a reservation through Dayuse (because they never had one under my name)" and they just gave me a room (if there was one available) and charged me full price (opposite to what the app said, where it tells you there's usually discounts). One time a hotel was full and sent me back, messing up my plans for the day. Don't recommend;use something else to reserve
