Ratings and reviews

This app is very poor. It does not provide any "transaction id" for your transactions. So you can not track your transactions. Also without "transaction id" it's very hard to complain about any specific transaction. Next problem is that, it's "mini statement" does not provide important informations; it even hides some information with asterisk marks. One more problem is that, when paying utility bills, it uses "nexus payment gateway", so payment receipt is not available for downloading later.

Otp/sms channel from setting is not working properly. There only one country, but if it was all county that really effective. If this issue has fixed it would be better experience for us. Thank you.

My 2 accounts are opened with 2 mobile numbers. I have used it for so long with 2 mobiles. After uninstalling the app, one account is registered with NID and one is not, so I can't pay credit card bill online. Even after changing the phone number of the card to the same number by applying, I am not able to use the 2 cards. Because the number I migrated to did not have NID registration. Please enable option to change NID in number. So far I have gone to the bank 4 times.
