For those tech savvy people who have used Internet banking, it is very easy and convenient to use. But I am concerned about the size of the app. The installer is quite large at 54mb and after installing, it occupies about 84mb in my phone storage. Can the developers please try to shrink it down to a few mb?
Cannot do anything. First time installed and tried but already said I am existing ibanking user when I filled in all my required information. So I chose forgot password, it just hang!
Most cumbersome install ever. Asks for all sorts of intrusive personal details, and if you try to click on the Terms and Conditions to see why, it will boot you out of the registration process and you'll have to start all over again. App designers should be shot, then hung, then shot again. Edit: Further downgrade - topping up is even more ridiculous - you have to login to your bank and do a bank transfer. Like that might as well transfer direct. Completely pointless app.
This app is so laggy it pisses you off so much more than what you can get done. Waste Of time. Do not download.
Never received the $5 offer upon sign up. App is slow and laggy like all their other apps. Uninstalled.
I was promised $5 but for the past 15min I've shared the QR code etc yet still no $5. Feels like I've been lied to
