Trapped on their procedural. Cannot close account. account has a lot vulnerable to breach. Not very helpful.

digibank is a trash bank that doesn't mention things clearly and take money more than you thought it will be with the credit card. And in their policy, they are given authorization to convert your credit into someone else's bank account money without your consent. And the "escalation" & "investigation" took so much time if you decide to report it.

I would like to edit my previous rating, it was fine until i cant log in and digibank even does not offer technical support immediately. a bank that I really need, no hidden vicious admin fee, a high saving interest rate, and convenient!! bank thay I have always wanted. Some inputs: 1. I do not stay in Indonesia most of time, so will that be possible that I could link with DBS in other countries?
