DBS is a great bank in Singapore. But NOT DBS Indo. You have to login and logout every single time to update the balance. And after paying for the credit card, the amount due does not immediately change and you can even tap "bayar" again to be asked again to pay the same amount. Whoever behind making/maintaining this app is either cheapskate or corrupting the budget to make a good enough app. Update [July 2024]: it's getting better at sending updated information.

best digital banking. But, maybe in the future, if you have moved from an old cellphone to a new cellphone, don't give 24 hours for transactions, it will be complicated, sometimes we have to use it right then and there, we don't have to wait 24 hours. this is very disturbing

Been using this app for several years now and so far so good. Had some problems before but it was resolved finally after calling to the call centre,uninstall and re-installing the app, so many times..only to find out that the recipient's account number given was wrong Suggestion: when the account number is wrong, please give and accurate note..not only an error message, which makes the user has to guess what error it is.
