I don't feel any support at all from this app except history transaction. For customer support. Sucks. You hide your chat with agent well. And after waiting for loading to chat with agent. Suddenly cutoff for just like 90 seconds. (Meanwhile i just waiting for loading and switch to email for checking by e statement or any info regarding why i cant do a transaction with my card). And then i reconnect with new agent. And suddenly this app logged me out automatically so i need to do it again!
