As long as you're not interested in booking a taxi it's ok. If you need a taxi what you need is the phone number of the drivers as they can be bribed. The app is completely rubbish for a taxi, they never answer.

Why would you get rid of a phone line system that worked for booking cars and replace it with an app that doesn't work?! If this thing actually had a working interface like Uber it would be perfect. But instead you get "Waiting to arrange" for 10 mins. It might arrive and still say that, or change to Arranged but never come. No number to call and check, no visual representation of where your car is, and no halfway reliable advance booking. And the price still goes up every 12 months 🤣
