About this app

Olila Sales Force app is mainly consisting of four major parts.
1. Sale Order generation.
2. Route plan wise Dealers/ Distributors/ Shops visit.
3. Payment Collection.
4. After Sales service or Sales Return.
By performing these actions, a sales person is contributing immensely on the company revenue
generation.
# Sale Order Generation-
To create a successful sale order, normally a sales person is needed to have an active account
or access in the sales app. After that, he has to have a route plan of the dealers and customer’s
area. Customer database is provided in the sales app from the backend base ERP software.
The sales person also finds the products information in the app, such as – SKU wise stock
information, PCs in Inner carton, Prices of the specific products.
After having all of the necessary data, a sales person can create a successful sale order
according to the dealers/ distributors need.

# Route plan wise Dealers/ Distributors/ Shops visit
Everyday sales personnel have a specific assigned route or tour plan in sales app. According to
this route plan a sales person visits the area and collect the sales order according to the
dealer’s/ distributors demand. Generally, a route plan is created based on the whole country’s
geo-location map, and the dealer’s/ distributor hubs are situated on the route. Normally, a
sales person is assigned to visit for 20-30 dealer’s point in his everyday route plan.

By locating the dealer’s/ distributor hubs in a unique route, Olila sales app is providing the
proper sales and distribution model to every valued customer. The route visit frequency is
depended on the route wise customers’ need and market size of the route.

# Payment Collection
Payment collection is one of the major responsibility of a sales person. He is responsible to
collect the payment against the sales order. Generally, he collects the sales order payment from
the dealers/ distributors and deposit the amount in company bank account. All the process is
enlisted in the sales app and the head office accounts department is responsible for
reconciliation of the amount according to the ERP software based sales app.

# After Sales service or Sales Return
Sales return process used to take place after sales and distribution procedure. Normally, if any
customer arises an issue which caused the unsalable state of the products, then after
verification of the situation company will reimburse against the sales. The whole procedure is
also enlisted in the app.
# Balance enquiry –
Customers are able to see the balance statement from the sales app too. Their existing balance
is also reconciled in the next purchase through the sales app. And the sales force is able to get
an instant update of their monthly sales target and target oriented achievement.
