Ratings and reviews

Generally the app does the job. However, for some reason it handles the directions to my address rather terribly, and often the poor drivers are sent slightly away from my actual address. I have done my best to adjust the pin for my delivery location; but this happens even though it's in the right place. The zoom level doesn't go in enough to be very precise, though. I've just gotten used to occasionally directing drivers over the phone.

I don't like how I'm forced to order from places thats further away from me! Prime example! There's a Wendy's less than a mile by me, On the app I have to order at the one that's on the other side of town! If I wanted to I could choose the pick up option and walk or drive to get it but unfortunately I don't have that option! I think WE should have that choice WHERE to order from! Not only is it further! In consideration? ..... That's a bigger tip/more money!

I used to think it was a great app, but when I was about to order 4 medium sandwiches and the total was almost $80 before the tip.... Then I tallied the same order on the company website, and it was only half!!! Plus it said I got a $0 delivery fee, haha... I just bit the bullet and drove 15 minutes myself and saved $40 bucks plus another $15 for a tip... in other words, if you have money to waste and don't mind paying 65% extra, then sure this app and it's $0 delivery fee is made for you 😉
