Ratings and reviews

Pros: It's convenient; It's free if you have the right credit card Cons: Everything else. It automatically picks fast food chain locations that are farther away than other chain locations, orders are almost always wrong, getting your money back is a huge hassle, the app crashes, drivers spill drinks and then just leave the mess on your porch, and the list goes on. If you're wondering whether or not you should pay for this service, definitely do not.

Used to be my favorite delivery app. But as of the latest update, the app renders my entire phone completely useless. The app itself freezes, and then my entire phone begins to lag, even after force stopping the app. I have to reset my entire phone to get it to work properly again. Heaven forbid you try to contact your dasher for any reason, or they try to contact you, because you won't be able to talk with them. Please fix the issue.

I had tried a couple of other delivery services and had a lot of problems, on one of them the order just wouldn't go through and another could not even open the app, kept getting error message, customer support would say it was cleared up, would try again, same problem. Finally gave up and tried Door Dash, no problem accessing the app and payment information and restaurant confirmation of the order was immediate.
