Ratings and reviews

Generally the app does the job. However, for some reason it handles the directions to my address rather terribly, and often the poor drivers are sent slightly away from my actual address. I have done my best to adjust the pin for my delivery location; but this happens even though it's in the right place. The zoom level doesn't go in enough to be very precise, though. I've just gotten used to occasionally directing drivers over the phone.

DO NOT GET THIS APP!!!!!!!!! I have been using this app for years. At the beginning everything was fine. The orders were being made correctly and delivered on time in great condition. However, the last year I have lost count of how many times I have had issues. The order was wrong, part of the order would be missing, the order can't go through and this last one order was worse. Someone else took my order who wasn't affiliated with doordash. Now to see if I get full refund or another partial.

Overall, the door dash in my area is spotty at best. About 75% of the time, they have to issue a refund because they can not seem to deliver a full order. I would recommend a different app for a better experience. Unfortunately, we have had multiple guests have to go without food because no one there can ensure a proper delivery. I would 100% ask for a refund on my dashpass, if that were possible.
