Ratings and reviews

I tried to give this app multiple chances, but it continues to disappoints me. First, it crashes, lags, and has other kinds of bugs in the app. It basically works when it wants to on it own. Secondly, there have been times where doordash makes unauthorized transactions/orders on my account, and sometimes I can't even get a full refund because of a hack. Anyways, I'm done with this app and deleted my account. DOES NOT RECOMMEND.

Very convenient. User friendly. Great door dash deals but I don't like the extra random fees like "regulation fee" or whatever. It should be one fee and done. The fees alone can add an extra $10-$15 to the tab. There already is a price markup on the food itself. But other than that, I do use the app frequently, mostly at work and if I get a few people to order with me.

I've had to use this a lot more recently due to schedule conflicts, and it's been a lifesaver. When items that you ordered are received, they quickly give you credit (I don't know how fast the cash back is, as I always get credit so I can reorder what was missing). I do wish that there was a way to tip a dasher extra after delivery if they went above and beyond. I always tip 15-20% (orders are always above $60), but in a few cases I wished I had could have given more tip when I also had no cash
