Ratings and reviews

Recent updates have completely ruined the app. One you get your order placed (if you can), it renders your phone all but useless. Crashes, lagging, an unresponsive screen . . . it's pretty bad. Multiple phone resets (if you can - remember your screen is unresponsive) and clearing of the cache are the only fixes. It has happened to me 3 times in the last week, and I've given up and removed the app. Doordash needs to do something, and do it fast. Otherwise, it's never going back on my phone.

Very convenient. User friendly. Great door dash deals but I don't like the extra random fees like "regulation fee" or whatever. It should be one fee and done. The fees alone can add an extra $10-$15 to the tab. There already is a price markup on the food itself. But other than that, I do use the app frequently, mostly at work and if I get a few people to order with me.

I do not like this at all! First of all, I don't like how unless you have dashpass, you have to pay all these unnecessary fees (delivery fee, service fee, taxes, and sometimes a driver fee). Also, their customer service sucks as after having a lot of orders that were NOT correct, I can no longer get a refund or credit for future orders that are wrong due to my account. It's just horrid it's not my fault that orders are messed up and now I am out of money due to it. I don't recommend this as all!
