The only reason I didn't give this a 1 star is the app is easy to use and the dashpass is nice if you order more than twice a month. However, I have been using this for a while now and I can't think of a single time where I didn't have some issue. Incorrect items, orders not delivered, food arriving cold, deliveries taking over twice the estimates time. The list feels endless. Customer service usually offers a partial or full refund, but I'd rather it just be correct the first through tenth time

Could definitely be better, as a customer we should be able to tip based off of service. For example at restaurants you pay/Tip after eating so why shouldn't we be able to do that when getting food delivered. I've had some great experiences where I felt I should have the option to be able to tip more if I felt the delivery experience was phenomenal. Other times I've felt like I shouldn't have tipped that much to those that didn't follow instructions or just gave up due to laziness.

I have an unfixable glitch where I am offered a free month of dashpass but since I already had dashpass before, it's unredeemable. So it's a loop where I can't buy a new month, because the app thinks I can have a free month, and I get an error message when I try to purchase the dashpass. Customer support couldn't fix it and now I have to delete the whole account, wait 30 days, and make a new account and hope the glitch is gone at that point. Very frustrating.
