Very bad.. I just received a broken item, you can not apply for ruturn immediately, you just have to wait until the status changes as received, and it least this will take 24 hours or it can take ages who knows...! Also no phone number to call for customer care, only through application. They just took my cash for a broken item, and the customer service agent through live chat won't help, they'll tell you to wait!! I don't recommend it to anyone.

It is the worst App to purchase anything from. I request you not to buy anything from here. You will receive products that do not match the website description eirher the material is bad or size not according to description. Plus the customer service is pathetic. Their return policy doesn't mention anything about hiw you have to return your products. You have to self ship and they are not paying for return shipping. You will try talking with their executives but they wont help you at all.

The worst ever. Most of the ites will come damage. If you ask for the return they will ask you to ship the items yourself and after they will never return the money. Damage items are in so bad condition. The customer service is so bad and never will help. Stay as far as you can
