Ratings and reviews

Very buggy, basically needs to be restarted every 10 minutes, regularly forgets your favorited items, on top of that you can't have more than 30 favs (not that you can reach the limit if it keeps forgetting them). Takes forever to laod. It's been like this for years, the app doesn't seem to get fixed.

So far, everything has been really good. Ordering is easy, and when I accidentally placed a double order- I was able to call and speak to a real (and friendly) person on the telephone who solved the problem very quickly. The ability to talk to a human without long wait times is the most important thing for me, so top marks there. To be honest, I think it's a bit hard to find stuff in the app, but the search works well if you know what you're looking for. I'll definitely buy from them again.

There is lots wrong with this app. If you have been to a few product pages and added then to the cart it is really hard to get to the cart. The checkout section is incredibly slow. My discount code said it was applied, but the price didnt change. When my payment failed the first time everything was lost and I had to add it back to the cart again. I told it to save my card details and it didn't. When the payment went through successfully then a "thank you for your order" page flashed then disappe
