App Review & Recommendations Overall good app. Developer is diligent in improving the quality. That being said, I have a few recommendations. Female voice speaks too quickly, especially when counting down "3,2,1" Also, 45 sec. and 15 sec. points should be noted during countdown. Beginner and intermediate levels should be offered (Longer Rest Periods, or Shorter Exercise Periods). Lastly, T Pushups should be renamed "Crucifixion Push-ups."
Awesome app!! Just started using this app and its absolutely awesome. It strictly follows the original spartacus workout from mens health (such as workout timings, rest periods between exercises, and rest periods between sets). My only comment would be to allow the user to choose which part of the routine to start from, cause my phone did crash on one occasion which completely screwed my workout, cause i had to wait for the app to "catch up" to where my phone crashed. But otherwise great app!!
Great idea need to work out the kinks though. Love the automated voice and the idea where I think your going, but after goblet squats, it goes to the 15 sec rest and stays there. Lot of potential though with this app and would be good vs me using then original paper copy I got from men's health.
Excellent Really good workout. Really noticed a change in body shape after a few weeks. Would be nice to not have to hit begin at the start of the exercises. An image in the back ground rather than a white screen may help improve it.
love this workout.... I have seen a drastic change in my body within six weeks....and that is from using it 3x a week....its very intense...I do agree on the last comment below me though...about making the next exercise start immediately after, without having to push the start button......I'll admit...I dont mind NOT having that now, because sometimes I could use the extra few seconds...overall...good stuff
Great!!! One of the irritating things though is that if you accidentally press the back button it restarts the entire workout. You should add a feature to select a workout to start at of this happens. Other than that, this its an awesome and really good workout
