I can log in on the app, but of course I cannot complete my order because my information needs to be updated. I update it and it continues to claim its not there despite me saving it and it shows its there when I click edit. Tried to log in on the website and it says that my password is incorrect even though I logged into the app with the same password. If they don't want to be in business anymore then maybe they should just shut down. It used to be a good app and I have used it before.

Life is full of choices and using this app is a bad choice. While I initially was impressed with the scanning feature on the app, I quickly became annoyed with everything else. Almost everything I scanned was unable to be recognized and the things that were accepted were mostly or worthless. The real S-show is when I tried to log back in and I couldnt because I "forgot" my password. So when I follow the link to reset my password the "reset password" link does not work. Dont waste your time.

Beware! Everything seemed fine until it came time for my payment. Get the payment email and it's way less than it's supposed to be. At the very bottom of the email in the smallest print possible it says my package was missing an item. No surprise the item they claim is missing is the most expensive and rarest one. I just wanted to get rid of it so I didn't sell it on ebay. I should have because I could've gotten nearly 10x as much. I triple checked the box so I know for a fact it was in the box.
