I can log in on the app, but of course I cannot complete my order because my information needs to be updated. I update it and it continues to claim its not there despite me saving it and it shows its there when I click edit. Tried to log in on the website and it says that my password is incorrect even though I logged into the app with the same password. If they don't want to be in business anymore then maybe they should just shut down. It used to be a good app and I have used it before.

Don't waste your time. The concept is great but odds are that most of your books/movies/items won't be accepted when you scan them and when they are you won't make much. I scanned ALL of my DVDs (over 100). Only about 8 were available for me to sell and I wasn't offered more than 23 cents for each. A box set of an entire season of One Tree Hill was 53 cents. I'll just continue using eBay/Craigslist. DVDs might only get me a few bucks but it's better than 23 cents.

Almost two weeks after receiving my items, they claimed two of them were missing.. but when they sent the final tally, those items had magically reappeared but three other items (the ones with the highest price quotes) were suddently deemed unsuitable and deducted, and then they refused to return them. This is a scam site, don't waste your time.
