Had an issue with both this app and BLC app. Both would only work on my PC but not my phone. Anyway, after contacting support and a few weeks later, they got back to me to try a setting in my connections. Boom 💥 they were both fixed. Thank you so much for your help.

app is a complete waste of time. Have this and the blue light card, and neither app works. The discounts are sometimes just a waste of time too though, either the same discouns available to anyone or not really worth it, as a lot of the discounts are for the stuff you never want or need. Uninstall, reinstall, no improvement. Wont even load.

Quite a clunky app. New cinema link thing opens in Chrome which is not my default browser and you have to log in again which of course then loops me back to the app so can't get through it on mobile at all
