Terrible App. the nitrification alerts display on the phone, but no sound at all. I made sure all settings on both phones android and another iphone had sounds all enabled, but no sound occurs when a notification is pushed. The play back is even worse, very slow, and glitchy. The video gets stuck a lot.
Device keeps disappearing This is worse than the Clearvu Defender app. I lose camera connection on both apps, but at least on the Clearvu one, I can just relink them to the DVR device. This app not only disconnects the cameras, but also my DVR disappears from the device list, so I have to delete this app, and reinstall, then readd the DVR, because if I try to readd the DVR without reinstalling the app, it says it already exists, but isn't in the list!! SO frustrating when I want to QUICKLY look at my cameras, but can't for 10 mins!
The app would be really great, if it would stop disconnecting. I have the push notifications switched on for the notifications to come through, it will automatically swith off. It's very frustrating to have to keep logging in several times throughout the day. I'm currently using Samsung Note 4. I have noticed that the app works for Apple phones, but doesn't work properly for Android. I eventually uninstalled the app and installed Rxcamview, now I don't have any problems viewing my system.
This is better than Clear Vu you can do so much more like zoom unlike Clear vu you only get basic. This app lets you convert to 4 different settings of ratio aspect. I realize a lot of people complaining The software disappears off their phone or they're not seeing their home cameras I I had the same problem I finally figured out the problem is always either with the networking router or the DVR if the camera disappears off your phone you need to turn off your DVR and turn it back on again once your DVR find the networking IP and it logs in then this app will log on to the Wi-Fi if there's something wrong with your Wi-Fi this app cannot find your camera because either your router or your Wi-Fi needs to be reset or you need to replace your router
The app is okay, but with Android, the push notifications do not work. I emailed customer service, and their response times were slow, but when they did get back to me, the said they would notify the developers. There have been no updates to the app as of yet.
Needs improvement Playback doesn't work well, takes forever to load IF it even does. Won't load any videos from the Motion category and only load from all/normal. Please fix as I need the playback feature and motion playback feature
