Clicked 'start charging', then got an error message with no reason. Thought that the payment method was outdated. Couldn't add any payment method because it kept saying that I needed to stop charging. Struggled to find where to stop charging because it never started. Finally tried to stop it (it was at 0.0 euros obviously). Got another message that it couldn't stop either. Tried again to add a payment method, was told to stop charging. Tried to start charging again, got an error. Gave up & left

impossible to log in. Login with Google says there is already an account for this user. Login with gmail email asks to reset the password and even after reset is successful keeps doing the same .

App does not show live charging.. Time is constantly 00:00 charging 0kW.. QR code is not working, you have to manually select the charger. Subscription shows 0/60 used, units used /month /year also 0. Nothing works!! Customer care is great tho! They will help you out fast.
