About this app

Telpark allows you to pay and manage your parking in regulated areas such as the blue and green zones on public streets, just using your smartphone. There's no need to carry cash in your pockets, nor to search for a parking meter. You can make your payments, receive parking expiration alerts and cancel fine tickets without going to the parking meter.

Soon with Telpark you can also use many of the public parkings in the Empark universe (largest parking operator company in Spain), in a completely paperless way: access is made via license plate optical recognition at the parking entrance and exit points and payment is automatic with your Telpark account.

You can manage different vehicles and pay for them without stopping your business meeting, getting out of the cinema, nor interfering with your activity. Moreover, you don’t have to pay beforehand.

Ratings and reviews

The UI is not bad, and the app is easy to navigate. However, you cannot save international credit cards, so if you are from out of town don't bother. Also, even if you could there is really no point since all the parking lots that are located in the "touristy" area of Barcelona do not participate in the "Up to 40%" Promotion. And in Madrid the few that do participate, only offer 10%. There are only 2 parking lots in their entire network that actually offer 40%.

Worst customer service, twice I booked parking in advance, twice the roads to the garage were closed due to events. Both times we found another another garage that belongs to Telepark, but they won't refund the initial reservation. I don't understand how they feel the need to justify double charges and blaming the customer? They claim they called the lot and it was open, but the police forced us in another direction, we tried a detour and the Police still sent us away.

don't use this app it's a scam. same as other comments the car park I booked in Lisbon didn't recognise the plates. Then there is nothing on the app advising to remove your rental car or any other warnings. After returning my rental, I was getting charged by Telpark for someone else using the car. They refused to help in anyway but reading through the comments this is an ongoing thing which obviously they don't care as they get paid either way
