The My eBike Ride app syncs with your Delfast 3.0 2022 electronic bike to provide important tracking metrics and diagnostic tools right at your fingertips. Great! Download the app. It will prompt you for your email address, Facebook, or Google account to get started. Next, you’ll be asked to enter your bike frame number by scanning the QR-code which will bring up easy step-by-step instructions to help you connect to your bike.

Your Delfast App Capabilities

Your bike’s Dashboard will estimate how many miles, and how much battery power, is left until you need to recharge. It will also display how fast you're going, the number of miles completed during your ride, the status of the connection to your bike alarm, and metrics associated with the Battery Management System. Lock and unlock your bike with one easy click!

Map your adventure. Our high-speed maps experience gives you options of standard, satellite, and landscape display while retaining Google Maps accuracy. As a result, it's never been easier to find your way.

The easy-to-use Navigation System makes traffic jams a thing of the past! Stay away from clogged roadways and instead choose bike paths or walking routes to get you quickly and safely where you need to go. Other smart functionality includes:

- Route auto-rebuilding in case of deviation from the original course.
- Notification upon arrival to the destination, with completed distance information and the total time spent.
- A visual indicator will display if/when you are speeding.

Security. Activate your bike alarm and if the bike is moved while unattended, you will be notified immediately. Simply click to request and you will be sent information about its current location and physical address. In the case of theft, the bike will also sound its alarm and have its light system activated to notify others of the activity. We’ve implemented these systems to do all we can to make sure your eBike remains your daily ride.

Monitor local Weather updates so you won’t accidentally end up riding in a downpour. Stay connected by activating weather alerts in your app to keep you and your Bike nice and dry.

Ratings and reviews

Delfast's tech support is terrible. The app is horrible. It takes weeks for them to answer the least, sometimes months. You'd think that a bike with such a high price tag would have better customer service, but unfortunately, it doesn't. The bike is nice, but the customer service is not there.

app doesn't function as described on the website, the bike itself is flawed, I'm going to have to spend my time and money because these imbeciles didn't close up the housing for the wiring and battery, multiple openings, no rubber gaskets on side panels, hoping the control system which I think is on the bottom of the bike is waterproofed (still testing that with their tech dep.), I think all the screws are not stainless steel ones so get lube to stop rust.
