Pathetic, Horrible, Useless etc..,. It's the worst app I have come across. I have scheduled a pickup, nobody came to pickup and when I tried calling customer support it's all prompts. Money got deducted within no time but for the job which has been paid NO ACCOUNTABILITY. Even cancellation of order is not happening and my money is stuck with them. I would suggest everyone not to use this. I have read reviews and still installed the app, please don't make mistake like I did.

Worst experience ever. I had a return pickup scheduled. They called me and asked me to take it to a location almost 1 km from the original pickup location. If it was possible I would have given them a negative star. And this is not even the first time. Earlier I had to cancel an order because there delivery person won't come to the given location. Delivery executive from other logistics partner can easily come to this location but they have always had a problem with this.

App shows irrelevant tracking information. There is no customer care to call for their company. They would not attempt delivery and will give wrong information. On highlighting issues, they will not acknowledge faults at their end. Update - this is after raising multiple tickets in your app and after sending many emails. You have addressed absolutely zero concerns I have.
