Would be great if I could actually order something. Apparently, it's not available in my area, even though I see people from your service around my area all the time. Please fix this.
I give 2 stars because the live chat saved the app a bit and I must say it works properly. But all the rest of the experience was bad: my order took way too long, when it arrived was wrong and when I wanted to make a complaint about it the app simply freezed and I couldn't even see my account.
Used to like using this app, but it has recently gone completely downhill. I have ordered loads though this and spent loads of money, especially with Miller & Carter in Reading. Countless times the wrong things have been put on my order. And alot of the time food shows up freezing cold, like on Valentine's Day! Last time I ordered two bottles of coke, one broke, and was told I had to ring deliveroo about it. The price of delivery I have to waste my credit ringing you, only to be told you can't do anything about it. Don't use them.
The app is quite fast but there is no way of passing on important info like any allergy, so that the restaurant can make the change. Secondly if i use the live chat, i have no way of going back into the same chat after i leave the app and the customer service gets back to me on my query. Thirdly the app crashes on me all the time when i go into the live chat and back to the main page.
App works well, can be a little frustrating in regards to menu items not all being included and limited options to edit/customise orders. Suggest adding a feature that shows there is a rider free in the area to help accurately show wait times.
Works well. Does what it says it will do. On the one occasion I've had to use the customer service they were great. The only downside is that I'm eating too much food
