Used it twice the first time was OK . The second time I used it was late . I rang up costumer care which was helpful. But I was going to have wait for another 45 mins for a new order because they had no one to deliver my food . I declined. The thing that annoyed me was the fact I wasn't notified that my order would not be delivered . I had to ring up and find out . I got my refund . I won't be waiting another 45 mins for food again with this service.
Terrible service! My order was never delivered, support chat in the app works really unreliable, I had to explain my issue to 4 different support workers. Very unfair!
Too many cold pizzas. They are constantly late and their deliver estimates are way off. The last and final time I used it, they had "technical difficulties" with the driver not being available to pick up the order. This meant the food was sitting with the restaurant getting cold. I contacted them to tell them to cancel the order as it will be cold. They wouldn't do it, honestly I think I was talking to a bot half the time. The food arrived and as I guessed, it was stone cold. Wasted over £40 as nobody ate it. I then complained to customer service stating that they admitted there was a technical issue and I should get a refund. They offered half. In essence, they stuffed up, admitted it, and took over £20 for the pleasures. Avoid as it's really not worth the hassle of dealing with them.
Will call u to tell you if u make a duplicate order by accident. Very good service
First time I used it I ordered from two places, it was bang on time each time, so great start and keep it up cheers👊 if there was a tip the deliverers button that would help, didn't have cash.
So easy to use. Miles ahead of all the others I checked out.
