absolutley rediculess, placed an order 2 hours in advance, order was accepted by restaraunt (kfc) and then subsequently was pushed back 10 minuets at a time till it was over an hour late. when i rang to find out what was going on i was told my order was ready but hadnt been delievered due to lack of delivers available and to make it worse it would now be cancled and refunded due to a lack of availability. offered a credit being put into my acount but do you think i would ever order from you again after the almighty balls up you have made tonight!! if you havnt got the staff the app shouldnt take the booking. and if i hadnt called you when you going to let me know there was no food coming? its 10.30pm mr and family have been waiting for ages to eat and you have left us with nothing even if we order from somwhere else we'l be waiting another hour. deliveroo will go down as a company that was a brilliant idea terribly executed.

i used to spend hkd$6000+(around 600 euro dollars) per month on deliveroo but this no longer hold because stupid hong kong deliveroo management reorganize the distribution network. now restaurants from kowloon city no longer service ho man tin hill district and only trash choices left for the area. the transport time is just around 15 minutes and i don,t know why my area is excluded. i have no reason to use deliveroo anymore. =============== the negative comment was solely because the restaurants from kowloon city no longer serve ho man tin hill district and only trash-choices left for the area. if kowloon city serve the area again or choice of restaurants are improved i will give positive ratings for deliveroo.

Awful awful app. I've ordered twice from here. Once was half an hour late, the second time didn't turn up after waiting an extra 30 mins. Rang the restaurant to find that they had cooked the food twice and nobody had bothered to turn up and pick it up. Having a shocker guys! Stick to my local takeaway in future. Won't be back again!!!!
The delivery times always keep being pushed later and later. When you place your order it can say 30 minutes, and once they start preparing your order (I.e. you can't cancel your anymore) the times change - and keep changing! More often than not the food arrives cold. It's really not worth it to be honest. Shame. I don't know who is to blame, the app, the restaurants or the drivers. Maybe the whole chain. And myself for still being filled to use the app.

This is the sixth time I've been let down by Deliveroo!! I've gave them plenty of chances to redeem themselves, but to no avail!! The last two times I ended up doing there job and picking my own food up which was cold by the time I'd got it!! I wouldn't recommend using them to order through especially if your wanting food the same day!! Messed around and I actually feel sorry for the restaurants that use this facility as they throw out alot of cancelled foods!!

Delivery arrived over an hour past when it was supposed to arrive and when it did arrive it was stone cold. Deliveroo is a good idea if done properly. It's a shame you cannot leave a review of the service on the app directly (at least not that I can see)

Delivery is great but 2 stars because when they did mess up my order the app closed chat with support 3 times for no reason without warning which put me back in a queue of 15 people every time and calling didn't work. Support need work.

I placed my first order today through deliveroo. I was excited at first. The delivery time is longet than it estimated but it's fine. However, the rider delivered my food to a wrong address. So I called the customer service hotline, the wait is forever. so I can only use live chat for assistance. Eventually, the security guard has to take back my food from other resident's hands in order to give it back to me. In the meantime, no one called me for any confirmation at all. Such a poor experience!
Great, if the app was running on a stronger server. Consistently getting the 'something went wrong' message even after restarting. I understand there are busy times, but it isn't instinctive to wait for a window through trial and error. Pulling out of this app as it's let me down too many times.

BE AWARE WHEN ORDERING KFC IN POOLE!! App says 35 to 45 mins but 3 hours and 20 mins later still no order! Numerous phone calls and still no answers. Order always incorrect and with the new update you cannot see which resturant your oder is coming from which means you can't contact them to ask them for any amendments. You gave to rely on a member from the app to contact them. Instead of the extra item I asked for I came without it at all $55 wastes for nothing. Use uber eats, at least you can see where your food is coming from. Do not use this app, there ideas of assisting you after 4 incorrect orders is a $4 credit. Use something else.

If I could get the password reset to actually work it would be ok. Used 2 times before I could no longer sign in and first was ok 2nd time food turned up 1hr after I had preordered it for and was cold. But can't seem to sign in any longer as stated and password reset does not work, tried on app and pc.

I would give this more stars because the app and idea is great but recently the food has gotten to us atleast half an hour late and gets here cold. They used to be helpful when we ask for help but now they are really rubbish. Definitely going to switch delivery services!

Diliveroo was 10/10 until UberEats arrived in town. From what I was told by an UberEats rider (with a Diliveroo Hotbag), UberEats offered a fixed wage of £12 p/h. The next UberEats deliverer, a week later told me the pay had been downgraded to £9 p/h. I guess that says a lot about zero hours contracts. Since then I have struggled to get an asap delivery with Diliveroo. To add, a popular resturant increased its prices on Diliveroo, yet on UberEats they remained the same. With UberEats accuiring the McDonalds Delivery contract recently and the large demand that ensued, I hope they are not granted a monopoly. Please fix Diliveroo
It would be great to be able to send feedback to the store on their menu page. There have been many instances where ordering from a restraint has been problematic or impossible because they didn't include simple things like listing no drinks, not including water or listing an item that claims to include an option of mild or super spicy but then the option doesn't actually exist so you can't order of you want mild in case they send the spicy variant.
App good but no way to send help/hints to the rider if they are lost. Keeps saying they are too away to call and the online help, isn't

Had a choice of around 18 restaurants, after last update I now only have 3, sandwiches, cupcakes or Thai. Very very disappointed.

Food never arrived even though it registered as arrived in the app. Once food is registered as arrived, you can't contact the delivery guy. Customer services was substandard. Quick to get through to but broken English. Their solution was given me credit, but I refused asking instead for my food, or my money back. Asked twice for a confirmation that I would get a refund but just got a "ok, goodbye". Still unclear on wether I'll see my money again. Obviously won't be using their service again.
Bug fixes and performance enhancements might sound boring, but they make ordering food with Deliveroo even better. There’s nothing boring about that, right?
